Who are we?
The Association of National Olympic Academies of Africa (AANOA) is a Non-Governmental Organization. It is the organ of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) in charge of the promotion and dissemination of Olympic ideals and values on the African continent.
Africa at the center of sport
Elle regroupe les Académies Nationales Olympiques des pays africains. Au 31 Décembre 2023, 39 Académies parmi les 42 Académies existantes en Afrique sont affiliées à l’AANOA.
The headquarters is based in Tunis.

Olympism
The dissemination of Olympic ideals and values in Africa, particularly through the development of Olympic education
Cooperation
The exchange of information, experiences and skills between the National Olympic Academies in Africa as well as with those of other other continents and all Olympic sports organizations
